This morning, I did two miles on the treadmill and even though I wouldn't commit to it yesterday on this blog, I did add a little more to my workout by lifting light weights as well. And when I say light, I really mean it...three pounds. But I'm doing a little more each day, so I'm okay with it.
I also wrote today, but....
I had several ideas about what I was going to write about tonight. I've had them swirling around in my head all day: while I was on the treadmill this morning, as I cleaned house and ran errands this afternoon, and as I did laundry this evening.
So finally, tonight, I sat down and wrote a long post....that I struggled with....and ultimately...deleted. It just wasn't what I was supposed to write today. After I got it all down, and read through it, I just knew it wasn't meant to be.
So I wrote something...then I deleted it. Does that mean I accomplished my goals for today...??
Come back tomorrow and hopefully I'll have something insightful, or uplifting, or at the very least entertaining for you to read. Hopefully.
